Architecture of Non governmental organizations

Non-governmental organizations are institutions that work outside of the government to provide humanitarian aid. They have a wide variety of goals and objectives, but they all have one thing in common: they are not allowed to take sides in any military or political conflict.

They often take on tasks that the government does not have time for, or is unable to do. They can provide humanitarian aid and disaster relief in regions where governments cannot reach or do not want to reach.

There are many different types of NGOs, each with their own specialties and missions. Some NGOs focus on education, while others focus on providing medical supplies to developing countries.

The need for transparency, accountability, and efficiency has led to a change in the way they are structured. Designing an NGO is not just about designing logos and letterheads; it is about designing a structure that can be easily understood by all stakeholders, including funders and donors. More importantly self sustaining organizations .

NGOs are often financed by donations, grants and other sources of revenue. These sources are not always reliable and the organizations suffer financially when they do not receive the necessary funds.

This is why self-reliance is important for NGOs because it allows them to be independent from external funding. This enables them to be more flexible in their work and also helps them better serve their communities.

The self-reliance of NGOs is not just a matter of ideology, but a matter of survival.

We have seen that in the past few decades, NGOs have been more and more dependent on donors for their financial stability. This has led to a situation where the donors are holding the strings and dictating what the NGOs do. There was also a time when many NGOs were dependent on funding from governments or large corporations to operate, which often led to them being used as tools for political purposes.

Following articles- we will explore how NGO self-reliance can be achieved through financial independence and self-sufficient structures.

India should move towards socialism

" During my childhood in 80-90s , most institutions were run by the government . You can see all parents in the home at 7Pm and most weekends family spent together . There was so much equality and happiness.

As I write this  thirty years afterwards , quality of life has gone down drastically . One of the key issues is the inequality in the society , India is aggressively moving towards a capital driven state where individuals interest matter most than the majority .

There should be balance for the Indian state between capitalism and socialism , prefer to be inclined towards socialism . Current continuous dis investments of the public property is alarming . Not getting into politics but this a fundamental lack of vision and direction from the government or I must put , their moves are not in the best interest of the nation .

Well , if we like it or not whatever Adani sir or Ambani Sir likes or wants to do . The majority of the country has to do, government will make sure you do it . That's what happens when extreme capitalism mind set comes in .

I hope we can change it , return the wealth to who needs it and make it a even ground for everyone.

My dream...a world where nature is free for everyone !

" A Dream worth figthing for a world free for everyone irrespective of gender, colour ,birth or even kinda of species you.

As nations fight for resources, human greed to own wealth has forced nature to be strongly controlled on who should use it or not use it. Right now we share atmosphere nothing else is shared .

I dream of a world where water, air and food are free for everyone , nobody should have the right to control a human from accessing that . God created this world for everyone who are we, to deny to a fellow human.

Whatever nature gives raw, has to  be free for everyone .

Dream of a large scale human settlement to co exist with nature where basic resources are free . The core responsibility of the settlement to make sure no one sleeps with empty stomach ,surely that would make everyone work . Grow crops, fruits feed each other and anything above is a plus.

On a small scale, just plant fruit yielding trees . Make the fruits free for everyone, no one should be hungry . This can be state run programs costing peanuts for the government.

Need for Democracy - Power of people

"The word democracy comes from the Greek words "demos", meaning people, and "kratos" meaning power; so democracy can be thought of as "power of the people": a way of governing which depends on the will of the people. ... A democracy, at least in theory, is government on behalf of all the people, according to their "will".

Reference :www.coe.int

Democracy is power to elect your own people government but shouldnt it not have a clause that if the elected government turns rogue . Power should be in people's hand to re-enforce order again . Thats the drawback in the modern constitutional laws , where electing alone is called democracy. It aren't! .

Internationally we have seen US under T president made grave decisions yet the nation had to wait till elections to overthrow him .  Here in India, situations are even worst with state elected MLAs [people elect parliament members] are taken to hotels and resorts locked inside to favour a particular part. Pathetic !

In the early years of independence, politics was service to people . Now its not, is mere power craze where state properties and funds are over powered by a party . Party is sponsored by a Corporate and forced to make favorable decisions towards national asset handling.

Questions towards making a reform might be:

1] Whats circumstances does the government can be deemed rogue.

2] Creation of Autonomous body to enforce law . [ Protections against this body misusing power]. Selection and deselection clause.

3] Call for election [ min duration for re-election].

Treating water, forest as Nations assets

Backdrop:

India dominantly has treated Petroleum, minerals, ores as there primary assets as we know we can't eat them it's high time that we start to look water and forest as direct financial assets

Using gold as a means to measure/ evaluate the country's financial strength is possibly not right it's therefore we must view resources that will feed us in times of distress as our financial asset.

We need to put in a process where our water resources and forest resources are directly evaluated to financial assets as gold is used today.

Water mismanagement and how to overcome :

There has been movements to save rivers but doubt that they are addressed in a proper way. one of the major destructions that we are causing to the water bodies by deep boring which results in depletion of underground water and the other factor is we build our homes in the entire plot area without letting the water to seep through just imagine acres and acres of cement floor not allowing water to pass through them.

Difference one home and do:

During 2000s when TamilNadu ground water level  went below alarmingly there a was a movement by the state government to harvest the rainwater by a strict rule which every home had to follow and interestingly after 3 years there was 10 to 20% of underground water level increase so it might seem small but if each and every home allocates 5 to 10 feet of area to allow water to pass through them would make a lot of difference to the underground water levels and directly impacting the rivers.

Need to change the Judiciary system

India needs to change for better, the judicial system that is present today  has lot of positives which was derived from British goverance. One of the sad parts  that the ancient way of Judiciary system which was dominant in India was completely removed without a trace maybe the need for such a system is rising in the present scenario.

Analysis :

Decision making flaws:
Let's analyse the present system  it's very processed there is a set of rules which is in place and the notion of a judgement is based on the set of principles and  set of rules not necessarily define every situation of life. Fundamentally there is a flaw, the principle of one particular situation doesn't imply to another strictly speaking this is a flaw and the other one where the situations needs fuzzy decision that has to be made and the state of the definition of either sides it's not too very clear but the decision has to be taken by with one's heart and not by the set of rules.

Influx:
that we are facing right now it's the amount of cases that has to be cleared out by the court and obviously there is no enough courtrooms that can discuss the amount of cases that is been coming in.  The judges are not equipped enough to handle such extreme levels of cases that is mean coming in .

Corruption:
An obvious fact there is corruption in the judicial system that is not spoken outrightly by the Indian media but most of us are very clear that there is enough corruption.  The ruling government has a say in most of the  decisions. We need to appreciate the good things right now it's the very positive at which certain decisions are being held out by the supreme court  but more has to be done. so these are the major problems that we see in the present judicial system

Ancient way:
one thing that we can look forward from the ancient system is each and every Geography division which are held by unique leader whose decision are  respected  and every decisions made by him with the his/her experience & interpretations

Creation of good leaders:

Ancient model created enough leaders who understood the problem of common man that is because he was a part of the decision making institution. In the present system whoever is elected is isolated from the day to day problems of the people and equally uneducated about the judiciary decisions which resulted in improper and insignificant leaders.

Clearing cases:

When the number of decision making points are increased, reduces the pressure on the society itself as it unloads the stain on the smallest component of society which is the family hence happy family would make happy society and stronger Nation.

Maybe we need to add and look deep inside few more points but for starters and from a macro level this would be a great start.

Tribute to Dhyan chand - Indian Hockey legend

A forward public message reads as below

 Reference wiki : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dhyan_Chand

"We are not against that Sachin getting BHARATRATNA. It's most Happy moment for all Sachin Fans. But Who is Dhyaanchand & Why Peoples asking to gv him Bharatratna...? 1) Before Independence When INDIA went on a Tour, INDIA Won 3 Olympic Gold medals in Hockey. In Olympic Games We Played 48 Games and Wins all of them.! 2) INDIA was Unbeatable in Hockey for 20 years. We defeated America in all the matches and since than America banned Hockey for the Next Few Years. Can you imagine what an achievement it was.! 3) Shree Dhyaanchand was among those Who made Hitler his Fan and He requested to accept Germany Citizenship and play for Germany & in return he will get as much as Money and a he will be head of his Army.! but He refused saying he does not play for money but for Country.! 4) How he made Hitler his fan..? When he went to Germany for Hockey World Cup he was injured by Germany Goal Keeper.! In return he Ordered his Team mates to take revenge..! Can you imagine someone challenging Germany citizen in front of Hitler..! He by passed the ball from Goal keeper but didn't do a Goal., This was the biggest shame for Germany and Hitler was impressed by his answer..! 5) There was a match When he didn't Score a Single Goal. On this he argued with match refree that the Goal post length is short because I can't do a Goal. This was found correct and goal post length was increased & latter he scored 8 goals..! 6) HE WAS THE ONLY INDIAN WHO HOISTED INDIAN FLAG BEFORE INDEPENDENCE NOT ONLY IN INDIA BUT IN GERMANY..! WE WERE RULED BY BRITISHERS AND NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE OUT FLAG BUT HE HIDE THAT IN HIS NIGHT DRESS AND TOOK IT TO GERMANY. IT REQUIRES A LOT OF GUTS.! ON THIS BRITISHERS ANNOUNCED IMPROSENMENT BUT HITLER DIDN'T LET THIS HAPPEN.! 7) During his last time he became So Poor that he didn't had Money to have Food, again he was offered a Coach Post by America and Germany but he refused saying if he teaches Hockey to them than INDIA will no more be a Champion in Hockey. but our Govt didn't offer him anything & it was INDIAN ARMY Who helped him.! Once upon a time he went to see a Hockey match at ahemdabad but was not allowed in Stadium Saying We don't recognize You..? That game was attended by Jawaharlal Nehru.! 9) Finally Cricket Icon Sir Don Bradman said "I'm a fan of Dhyaanchand & he scores Goals more easily than I Score runs.!" Do you think he should be the 1st Sportsman for whom all the rules should have been amended and awarded "BHARAT RATN" THIS IS SHOCKING HE IS NOT A BHARAT RATN AS PER OUR GOVT BUT MORE THAN 50 COUNTRIES HAVE AWARDED HIM WITH MORE THAN 400 AWARDS. THIS IS BEFORE INDEPENDENCE, WHAT A STRUGGLE. HATTS OFF SIR....

Corrupt government Vs Lovely People

Courtesy :http://www.bhagwad.com/blog/2011/politics/dear-politicians-corruption-is-not-just-a-middle-class-concern.html/

" Its totally frustrating and irritating every inch of indian system is fitted with delays and corruption. Where do one has to start the cleaning process..its looks like a complex wired circles into circles with no loose end. The hard earned money from the middle class family paid as tax is being misused..or used for one's own selfish growth..

..One side corruption is taking a toll in the policital and mostly under educated governing body..and in the highly educated bodies which are decently honest , who take the vital decisions for the country are continuously hit hard by the back logs of delay majorly due to the system and process in place , of course the individuals who are supreme authorities are weak in decision making or show no intent in making things work..

...who are we to blame politicians ? system ? ..even the basic food supply cost are going so high for the middle class..ahh leave alone petrol [ why on the hell is ethanol based petrol not used in india saving more than 60 % cost]...

..solution maybe within every individual ..every indian..it might be the solution but best way to change others is to change oneself on certain things rather than pointing fingers ..may be every indian must be 100% honest in each and every thing we do..never let any wrong doing infront of your eyes to go away that easy...may be we always have a attitude..."let it go..let it go "...one of my friends always say indian when they way on a stone or a thorn mostly finds a alternate way to avoid it rather than removing it from the path...may be the time has come for us to do our duties in the purest way...

..india is one of the horrible places to live when it comes to government..its a lovely place if you consider the some honest people..those who live and decide to live which always serve and continue to serve the latter for they know ..they owe a lot to them..because thats what india is :)

Similarity between a nation and human body - Basic modelling of a country

Understanding the similarity between a nation and human body gives a insight to create a better nation . Grouping people of the nation according to their nature of work and mapping that to body .

Commoners ,there are thousands of them doing a same or similar job . They execute tasks assigned to them efficiently and tirelessly day after day, year after year . They are the blood for the nation .

Innovators,Scientists,Scholars of all kind,Visionaries make up for the brain .

Social workers, artists etc - the heart

Government  - Muscles [ True india's muscles are very weak ]

Spiritual leaders , philosophers ,Men of virtue-Moral-Respect-Honour- Skeleton .

Based on this model ,if we analyze our position  - its quite clear that due to the weakness in muscles - loading doesnt occur , nor there is sufficient work done . Our skeleton was formed by our ancestors ,its our basic strength , we really need to protect and preserve it .
